Accuracy depends not only on machining, but also on how controlled and verifiable the entire process is. Our full design, manufacturing and inspection process is documented and traceable, so quality can be planned and repeated.
Our goal is for the finished part not only to meet the required dimensions, but also to fit accurately once installed and operate reliably. We support this at the critical points with a quality assurance system and 3D measurement capability.
We work in a transparent, easy-to-audit system. Every part receives a unique part number, so it can be traced at any time: what raw material it was made from, when it was produced, which manufacturing process it went through, and which inspections were performed.
In practice, this results in accurate, consistent quality and easily reproducible parts. It can also help when you need quality similar to one of our previous, proven jobs.
We store and handle stainless steel and carbon steel materials separately to avoid cross-contamination and the resulting surface defects, such as embedded iron contamination and rust spots.
During machining, we use separate tools and cleaned clamping fixtures, and we store workpieces separately between operations. As a result, the surface quality of stainless steel parts remains more stable, and corrosion resistance remains reliable in practice.
We use 3D measurement when more complex geometry, multiple mating surfaces or tight fits need to be checked, and conventional measurement no longer provides a sufficiently reliable answer.
If required, we also prepare a measurement report for acceptance or for feedback during manufacturing. This helps keep accuracy stable and quality repeatable, even in small batches.
Our company holds MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. The purpose of our quality management system is effective, predictable operation and the consistent fulfilment of customer expectations.
In practice, this means controlled processes, documented work and a responsible approach from design to manufacturing. This means you receive not just a part, but the result of a controlled, traceable process.
If we can help with engineering design, custom or small-batch part manufacturing, or if you would like to request a quote, please get in touch with us. A member of our team will call you back within one business day. Thank you!
We carry out precision CNC turning and CNC milling for custom and small-batch manufacturing, typically for machine parts, fixtures and equipment. We work based on technical drawings, but we can also design and manufacture parts from sample parts or initial concepts.
We manage the full design and manufacturing workflow in-house, including material selection and tolerances. Our goal is to produce parts that are accurate, easy to assemble and cost-effective to manufacture, while also operating reliably.
