With over 30 years of engineering and 3D design experience, we help find solutions to technical problems. You know what you want, and we know how to make it happen. By thinking together, we are sure to find a good and cost-effective solution.
If you already have a finished technical drawing, we review and refine it. If not, we prepare the design based on a sketch, sample part or on-site information. The goal is to make sure you receive exactly the product you actually need.
With our experienced engineers, we take the full design task off your shoulders. We also review and refine finished technical drawings, but we can also prepare a manufacturable design from a sample or on-site information, including a 3D model if required.
We always approach design from the user side: we work based on loads, mating surfaces, critical dimensions and the installation environment. The goal is to create a manufacturable, cost-effective and reliable solution from the design.
+1 tip
Before requesting a quote, show us the problem. In many cases, a 10-minute consultation is enough to identify where accuracy is necessary and where it is unnecessary to pay for it.
The goal of a manufacturability recommendation is to ensure that the part delivers the required quality, reliability and service life, while being faster, more stable and more cost-effective to manufacture.
We review which dimensions and surfaces are critical, and where simplification is possible. For example: rationalising tolerances, defining reference surfaces, clarifying the manufacturability of corners/radii and material selection.
+1 tip
If the drawing requires every dimension to be within hundredths, it is worth stopping for a moment: let’s identify the truly critical dimensions together. The rest can often be manufactured more cost-effectively.
If you do not have your own engineering team, or if you need professional support from time to time, we provide engineering support on a weekly or monthly basis. We can work on a project basis, for a specific task, or as part of ongoing cooperation.
The advantage is that you do not need to hire an engineer, yet you still have a specialist in the background who gets to know your plant, machines, processes and typical problems through regular consultations.
+1 tip
Regular consultation makes decisions faster: we know the environment and the critical points, so in many cases we can catch the problem before downtime occurs.
If a part breaks or fails and the machine stops, the goal is fast, installable replacement, even with on-site assessment.
With regular engineering support, we identify critical points and often solve the problem before downtime occurs.
Old machine, modified production line, missing drawings: we can also design your part based on a sample and on-site information.
If the drawing contains overly strict tolerances, a manufacturability recommendation can often achieve the same function at a more favourable price.
If we can help with engineering design, custom or small-batch part manufacturing, or if you would like to request a quote, please get in touch with us. A member of our team will call you back within one business day. Thank you!
We carry out precision CNC turning and CNC milling for custom and small-batch manufacturing, typically for machine parts, fixtures and equipment. We work based on technical drawings, but we can also design and manufacture parts from sample parts or initial concepts.
We manage the full design and manufacturing workflow in-house, including material selection and tolerances. Our goal is to produce parts that are accurate, easy to assemble and cost-effective to manufacture, while also operating reliably.
