We design your custom or small-batch parts. If you already have a finished technical drawing, we review it. If not, we prepare the engineering design based on a sketch, sample part, initial concept or on-site information.
We always start from the operating conditions: load, mating surfaces, critical dimensions and the installation environment. In addition to the required quality, we also focus on cost-effective manufacturability, and can prepare a 3D model if needed.

We provide custom and small-batch part manufacturing with CNC turning and CNC milling. We work based on the technical drawing provided by the customer, but if needed, after consultation, we can also prepare the engineering design required for manufacturing.
During manufacturing, we pay attention to the technological requirements and the operation sequence, so the finished part is accurate, easy to assemble, and the edges are finished safely. Our goal is for the part not only to match the required dimensions, but also to operate reliably.
