We design and manufacture custom equipment and workstations aligned with the manufacturing process, with extensive experience especially in assembly and inspection stations. We create solutions that support real work: with a clear layout, good access and comfortable operation.
If required, we can also manufacture workstations in a modular aluminium-profile construction, and where justified, we also provide on-site assembly of the equipment. We have several proven solutions, but if they do not cover the requirements, we develop a new concept.
Every work process is different, so we design the solution that best fits the specific task. To do this, we examine what steps the work consists of, where assembly and inspection take place, how the workpiece is handled, and where the critical points are.
Based on this, we design the work surface, storage units, fixtures and ergonomics so that work can be fast, comfortable, clear and safe.
+1 tip
Several options are possible when designing workstations: a version that can be worked from one side or both sides, or a work surface that can be worked from one side but rotated by 180°.
Based on the approved design, we manufacture and assemble the workstation, and if required, we can also assemble and set it up on site. During manufacturing, we focus on a stable structure, accurate fits, and work surfaces that can withstand daily use.
If the task requires it, we design the station so it can be modified easily later, for example in the case of a new product or a changing process. This works especially well in a modular aluminium-profile construction, where the elements can be rearranged and expanded.
+1 tip
If product changes or expansion are expected, it is worth requesting a modular design from the start, such as a profile system or replaceable worktop. Later modifications will be faster and more cost-effective.
We review the critical dimensions, fits and surfaces, and clarify the installation environment.
Based on the requirements, such as load, wear, corrosion and heat, we recommend the material and raw material form.
Based on the workholding and operation sequence, we prepare the production program.
CNC turning and/or CNC milling adapted to the task, with stable workholding and a repeatable process.
We check the critical dimensions; if needed, 3D measurement also supports verification.
We hand over or deliver the finished part in the agreed form, with the necessary identification and documentation.
You know what you want, and we know how to make it happen. By thinking together, we find the best solution.
You can bring a technical drawing, a sample part or even just an initial idea. We discuss it, design it and manufacture the part.
We work with high-quality materials and produce quality products through precisely documented, traceable processes.
It is fine if a solution takes some thinking: what matters is that everyone is smiling with satisfaction at the end.
If we can help with engineering design, custom or small-batch part manufacturing, or if you would like to request a quote, please get in touch with us. A member of our team will call you back within one business day. Thank you!
We carry out precision CNC turning and CNC milling for custom and small-batch manufacturing, typically for machine parts, fixtures and equipment. We work based on technical drawings, but we can also design and manufacture parts from sample parts or initial concepts.
We manage the full design and manufacturing workflow in-house, including material selection and tolerances. Our goal is to produce parts that are accurate, easy to assemble and cost-effective to manufacture, while also operating reliably.
With over 30 years of engineering and 3D design experience, we provide fast, reliable solutions to technical problems. You can rely on us whether you already have a finished technical drawing, or only a sample part, sketch or on-site information is available.
The core of our engineering support is that we handle the logic of design and manufacturing together: we clarify the critical points, provide recommendations for more cost-effective manufacturability, and, if needed, also support acceptance with measurement documentation.
