Terv-Gyár Kft. is built on more than 30 years of engineering design experience, a strong problem-solving mindset and a stable engineering background.
Our founder, Lukács Adorján, was already actively involved in engineering design during his university years. In the 2000s, the rapid spread of CAD design and 3D modelling created significant demand among small businesses, so in the early years he specialised in this field, as well as in writing CNC programs.
We founded Terv-Gyár Kft. to manage the growing number of design tasks in an organised way. The name was created from the Hungarian words for Design and Manufacturing.
Quality expectations and our expanding customer base made it necessary to obtain ISO 9001 certification. By this time, we were no longer working only on design, but also on complete manufactured products, and we had also built our first custom machine.
From 1 January 2013, in addition to engineering services, we also took over the management of manufacturing. This means we provide everything from design to manufacturing under one roof.
In 2014, our first own Mazak CNC lathe arrived, and later we expanded our machine park with several Haas CNC machining centers.
As a development step, we introduced a production management system. Since then, every product has received a unique part number, allowing parameters and raw materials to be traced. We supported accurate documentation and inspection by purchasing a 3D measuring device.
Technological development has always been part of how we operate, so we put a 3D printer into operation. This allows us to produce prototypes and even complex-shaped, installable parts quickly and cost-effectively.
Today, we work with a well-coordinated professional team of 11 people, including 2 full-time qualified engineers. We serve our customers with a machine park of 11 machine tools, from design to manufacturing.
